Jeffery Paul Downey Sr. age 62, and a resident of Altoona, Alabama passed away on February 16, 2023. He was born on March 9, 1960 in Demopolis, Alabama. He is survived by his son Jeffery Paul Downey Jr (Christina), his brother Bill Downey (Wendy), his grandchildren Khloee Venable and Collin Downey, a stepson Clint Lumpkin and numerous cousins and other relatives. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Vincent’s East in Birmingham, AL for their excellent care.
