Michael Lee Speakman

Michael Lee Speakman (40), of Remlap, Alabama passed away at his home on October 29,
2022. Michael was born on January 21, 1982 to Eddy and Beth Speakman in Pleasant Grove, Alabama.
He attended Pleasant Grove High School. Michael worked at H. N. Donahoo Contracting and
several other construction companies, and had recently been employed at a steel fabrication
shop. Michael loved the outdoors and preferred to spend his time outside working on various projects.
Michael was preceded in death by his father Simon Eddy Speakman, his daughter Madison
Elizabeth Speakman, his uncle David Speakman, his uncle Robert Speakman, and his Aunt
Jeanne Klice. He is survived by his son Logan Lee Speakman, his mother Doris Elizabeth (Beth)
Speakman, his brother Mathew Todd (Mat) Speakman, his sister-in-law Marilyn Graves
Speakman, his nieces Katie and Shannon Speakman, his nephews Ralph, Simon, and Elijah
Speakman, his cousin Delia Lewis, his uncle George Klice, and his aunts Rosemarie Speakman,
Doris Speakman, and great-aunt Faye Speakman.
A memorial will be held at Adamsville Baptist Church at 5101 Adams Street, 35005, on
November 12th at 1:00pm.
