Robert Hugh Frizzell, Sr. April 3, 1940-August 6, 2022 

Robert (Bob) Frizzell, Sr, 82, of Harpersville passed away in Grandview Medical Center on August 6, 2022. Bob was born in Elmira, New York on April 3, 1940, to Lillie May and Howard Davis Frizzell.  He joined the Navy at age 17 and served for 9 years. Bob married Linda Suzan Libby, and together they had 3 children, Dawn, Robert Jr (Bobby), and Brett.  He worked as an Inventory Control Specialist at Standard Furniture for 25 years and enjoyed watching Alabama Football and Food Network, working puzzles, cutting grass, and reading.  He had one grandson, Elijah Evan Wyatt, whom he adored and a son in law, Daniel Wyatt, who was his best friend.  He had an excellent sense of humor. Memorial services will be held at Lighthouse Community Church in Harpersville at 1:00 on Thursday, August 11.  Memorial donations may be made in Bob’s name to Linda Nolen Learning Center in Pelham.
